Immunocytochemical analysis demonstrates expression of HA-tagged TDP-43^ΔNLS (a, bottom row) or FUS^ΔNLS mutants, R495x- and P525L-FUS (b, middle & bottom rows), but not WT TDP-43 (a, top row) or WT-FUS (b, top row), which are primarily localized to the nucleus, is associated with co-aggregation of endogenous RACK1 in HEK293T cells.
