Immunofluorescence confocal image show Rab10 and pRab10 expression at the synapse in the C57BL/6J WT mouse brain. Triple labeling was performed (N = 3): Rab10/VAMP2/Homer or pRab10/VAMP2/Homer, with secondary antibodies anti-rabbit Alexa 488, anti-mouse Alexa 555, and anti-chicken Alexa 647.
