Comparison of secreted Aβ5-x from APP WT and APP FAD mutants. Normalized MALDI-TOF signals of A Aβ5-23 B Aβ5-29 C Aβ5-33, D Aβ5-38, E Aβ5-40 and F Aβ5-42 were compared between APP WT and APP FAD cell media samples from transfected HEK cells. The circles represent the two biological replicates (N = 2) after averaging the normalized values of two MALDI-TOF technical replicates. One way ANOVA with Dunnett’s post hoc test was performed for comparing each sample type to APP WT (*p < 0.05)
