  1. Mice were treated as indicated (control WT mice, WTC; J4-treated WT mice, WTJ; control Tau22 mice, TauC; and J4-treated Tau22 mice, TauJ; n = 6–9 in each group) from the age of 3–11 months. The hippocampus was harvested carefully and subjected to RT-qPCR. GAPDH was used as a reference gene for normalization.
