Lipid profiling of GBM stem and non-stem cells show differences in global lipid profiling. A Matched pairs (n = 5) of magnetically sorted CD133-positive CSCs and CD133-negative non-CSCs were pooled and analyzed together for different classes of lipids using mass spectroscopy.
