Each bar represents the relative level in percent comparing the right (injected) side to the contralateral (non-injected side). 10 weeks after AAV1/2 injection a significant reduction of DA level is visible in AAV1/2-A53T-aSyn mice (white bar) as compared to the AAV1/2-EV group (black bar) (a). A significant reduction of DOPAC is also found in AAV1/2-A53T-aSyn treated animal (b).
