Tau4RTg2652 mice are immunoreactive for a variety of phospho-tau epitopes across multiple brain regions. At three months (a-e) and one year (f-j), AT8 immunoreactive neurons are numerous in the forebrain and hippocampus and moderately immunoreactive in the hindbrain. One year old mice demonstrate immunoreactivity to phospho-tau antibodies AT180 (k), AT270 (l) and PHF1 (m) in the CA1 region of the hippocampus. Scale bars = 500um (a-j)
