Tumour volume and parenchymal invasion is controlled by BMI1 in an orthotopic MB xenograft model. (A) Schematic showing generation and analysis of orthotopic MB xenografts. The distances were quantified using acquisitions from Confocal microscopy (N ≥ 6).
