  3. 3 B5 IHSI intensity of NG2 cells is scored as (−) no visible NG2 cells (+) very weak, (++) weak, (+++) moderate (++++) strong and (+++++) very strong IHSI. R indicates the presence of more than 50% NG2 cells with reactive morphology. r indicate the presence of less than 50% reactive NG2 cells.
