From: G-protein coupled receptor expression patterns delineate medulloblastoma subgroups
Gene expression profiling data from large cohorts of medulloblastoma tumors qualitatively support our results. Both FZD2 and F2R were significantly over-expressed in all subgroups of medulloblastoma tumors in our cohort (Additional file 3: Table S2). Three previously published sets of gene profiling data [8, 10, 11] found the same pattern to be true for both FZD2 (a, b, c) and F2R (d, e, f). Blue boxes represent WNT tumors, red boxes represent SHH tumors, yellow boxes represent Group 3 tumors and green boxes represent Group 4 tumors (a, b, c, d, e, f). In the Boston series (a, d), the grey boxes present normal cerebellar controls.
