Detection of injected human αS in the needle track 2 days post neonatal injection. IHC staining with human αS specific antibody LB509 2 days after neonatal injection of 25 μg 21–140 human αS fibrils in nTg mice. Staining shows the presence of human αS in the brain injection tract adjacent to the lateral ventricle in the cerebrum (black arrows). The tissue section was counterstained with hematoxylin.
