Histopathological features of the three cases of our cohort. Each line represents one patient (cases #1 to #3 from top to bottom). Cavernous-type pattern composed of dilated vascular channels with variable thickening of the walls (A, D, G, HPS, magnification × 100) with some perivascular concentric arrangement of myoid cells (insert magnification × 400). The vascular cavities were lined by endothelial cells stained by CD34 (B, E, H, magnification × 100).
