  1. Scoring of brain tissue pathology in P14 mice. H&E-stained tissue samples were evaluated in detail and the following scoring system was applied: 0 = no lesions; 1 (exceedingly rare lesions), 2 (rare, scattered lesions), 3 (moderate numbers of evenly dispersed lesions) or 4 (severe lesions)
