IHC staining of the amygdala in ethanol fixed tissue sections from an LBD patient with antibodies to full-length or carboxy truncated forms of αSyn. Tissue sections from the amygdala were labeled with antibody 94-3A10 that reacts with amino acid region 130–140 in αSyn and antibodies (2B1, 5C1, 10A4, 4H11, and 2G5) specific for carboxy truncated forms of αSyn strongly labeled cortical-type LBs and LNs.
