IHC staining of the cerebellum in ethanol fixed tissue sections from an MSA patient with antibodies to full-length or carboxy  truncated forms of αSyn. Cerebellar tissue sections were stained with antibody 94-3A10 that reacts with amino acid region 130–140 in αSyn and antibodies (2B1, 5C1, 10A4, 4H11, and 2G5) specific for carboxy  truncated forms of αSyn. Tissue sections were stained with the αSyn antibodies indicated in the top left corner. All sections were counterstained with hematoxylin. Scale bar = 60 μm
