From: RBM5-AS1 promotes radioresistance in medulloblastoma through stabilization of SIRT6 protein

Fig. 1

RBM5-AS1 depletion sensitizes medulloblastoma cells to radiation treatment. A Quantitative real-time PCR arrays were performed to identify dysregulated lncRNAs between radioresistant and parental DAOY cells. The heatmap shows the lncRNAs that significantly differ between the 2 groups. B Bar graphs show the level of RBM5-AS1, DANCR, MALAT1, and XIST between radioresistant and parental DAOY cells. C Measurement of RBM5-AS1 levels in radioresistant and parental DAOY cells transfected with control shRNA (shCtrl) or shRBM5-AS1. D Radioresistant and parental DAOY cells in serum-free medium were exposed to different doses of X-rays, and cell viability was measured after 3 days. E Clonal formation assays showed that RBM5-AS1 knockdown increased the sensitivity of radioresistant and parental DAOY cells to radiation. Left panels: representative photographs of dishes with colonies. *P < 0.05
