The top association signal in this region was for rs12056505 (denoted by the purple diamond), an intronic variant in the vicinity of MTMR7 (myotubularin-related protein 7), VPS37A (vacuolar protein sorting-associated protein 37A), and CNOT7 (CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 7). All variants within a 500 kb region surrounding the index SNP are plotted based on their association − log10 p values, NCBI build 37 genomic position, and recombination rates calculated from the 1000 Genomes Project reference data.
