TDP-43 aggregates in ADTDP + FL and FTLD-TDP mostly comprise the full-length protein or just CTFs. Double-labeling with N-t TDP-43 and C-t TDP-43 antibodies in a (a-i) FTLD-TDP, and (j-r) ADTDP + FL.
