CSF levels of t-tau and p-tau are elevated in medium-high AD-tau Braak stage group defined by GT-38. Box plots of total tau, phosphorylated tau, and Aβ1–42 CSF levels for negligible-low AD-tau and medium-high AD-tau groups demonstrate statistically significant elevation of t-tau (p < 0.001) and p-tau (p = 0.001) in medium-high AD-tau group but a non-statistically significant trends towards decreased Aβ1–42 (p = 0.155, Mann-Whitney rank sum test)
