Four experimental groups were analyzed: WT and Tau−/− neurons in the presence or absence of ADan oligomers (+ADan, b-d) Graphs showing the quantification of positive ((+)) clusters for each marker and their colocalization per 100 μm of dendrite. The number of cells analyzed was 15 per each culture, from 3 independent cultures. Results are shown as the mean ± SEM of n = 3. Asterisks indicate significant differences, where * p < 0.05 and *** p < 0.001 by Mann-Whitney test. Scale bar = 10 μm
