Levels of expression were normalized to GAPDH as shown in the bar graphs. All lanes were loaded with 50 μg of protein and represent individual animals. Statistical differences were assessed with unpaired t-tests (* p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01). All animals were euthanized 6 weeks after blast exposure
