Representative confocal images of Neuronal stem cells (NSCs) and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) co-cultures. NSCs were treated with either 1 μM cisplatin or vehicle for 8 h, stained with cell tracker blue (CTB) and co-cultured with MSCs transfected with mito-mcherry plasmid (a and b) to label the mitochondria.
