GJA1 inhibitors downregulate Gja1 and Apoe, and other network genes. a. Wildtype primary mouse astrocytes were treated with 200 μM carbenoxolone (CBX, gap junction inhibitor) or Lanthanum (La3+, hemichannel inhibitor) for 3 days and levels of Cx43, Apoe were analyzed by immunoblot. b.
