WGCNA identified modules correlated to TBI and Abca1 haploinsufficiency. WGCNA was used to determine the correlation of module eigengenes to Injury and Abca1 genotype. a The relationship tables shows the correlation between the module eigengene (rows) and group (columns) with p-value. Red denotes a positive, and blue is a negative correlation. Modules of interest are differentially expressed between trait conditions. MEs turquoise and pink correlated with TBI in opposite directions, ME tan correlated with APOE isoform, and ME grey60 with Abca1 genotype. Top assigned GO terms and their log10 of the p-values are shown to the right of the table, aside heatmaps of the genes within each module, for each animal.
