Expression of BAFF in inflamed mouse CNS. Mice were immunized and boosted (day 28) with rhMOG. Analysis of the spinal cords was performed at indicated time points. The fluorescence signal of DAPI, BAFF, GFAP and Iba1 is shown. To determine BAFF expression in control CNS, the spinal cord of mice immunized with complete Freund’s adjuvant and Mycobacterium tuberculosis was stained.
