  1. The aggregated and per dataset r-values are all reported in this table. The r-values in each dark gray row separated section of the table were obtained independently from a standard Pearson Correlation to be compared with other proximity measurements (the top value) and from a Multivariate Linear Fit Model (the bottom value). Values above the dark row titled Lin. Mod. are using regional proximity to the seed region as the predictor of tau pathology severity, whereas values below that row compare connectivity proximity and regional gene expression, calculated using the Multivariate Linear Fit Model. *** p < 0.001, ** p < 0.01, * p < 0.05
