Effects of passive immunization on axonal accumulation of α-syn in ipsi- and contralateral sides. α-Syn KO, non-tg, and α-syn tg mice were passively immunized (intraperitoneal injections) weekly for 13 weeks with either 27-1 (control) or 1H7 (α-syn antibody) beginning one week after LV-α-syn unilateral injection. Pathological analysis was conducted 16 weeks following unilateral LV-α-syn injection.
