Schematic overview of the experimental paradigm. a Study Design. α-Syn KO, non-tg, and α-syn tg mice were injected with LV-α-syn 1 week before beginning passive immunization with systemic (intraperitoneal) injections of either control IgG (27-1) or α-syn 91-99 antibody (1H7). Immunization occurred once a week for a total of 13 weeks. Water maze testing occurred 14 weeks after LV-α-syn injection.
