Macroscopic findings in the brain of an early stage AD-ANCL patient with DNAJC5 p.L115R mutation. The cortical ribbon, basal ganglia, and medial temporal lobe structures at the level of the mammillary bodies are unremarkable. There is some depigmentation of the substantia nigra (Fig. 2, inset, right panel) in comparison with a normal subject (Fig. 2, inset, left panel)
