Total cosine similarity scores of the FLNC proteomics datasets on FTD patients. Summation of the total cosine similarity scores for the input interrogator terms showed that the FLNC-unique protein dataset demonstrated the strongest semantic correlation to multiple factors associated with FTD compared to the GRN or VCP-datasets.
