Decreased intensity of EAAT2 immunohistochemistry in ET cerebellar cortex. Paraffin-embeded sections immunolabeled with EAAT2 antibody were scanned and the intensity of immunostaining of the cerebellar cortex was quantified. The intensity was normalized to the randomly selected white matter regions. We found a significant decrease in EAAT2 immunoreactivity in the ET cerebellar cortex (A-C). Scale bar 0.5 mm.
