Sequential transmission of insoluble αsyn. (A) Schematic diagrams of transmission experiments. Sarkosyl-insoluble fractions were prepared from WT mouse brains injected with recombinant αsyn fibrils at 9 months post-injection and intracerebrally injected into 4-month-old WT mice. At 3 months after injection, transmission of αsyn pathology was analyzed by IHC. (B) Immunoblot of sarkosyl-insoluble fractions from WT mice at 9 months post-injection with #64 antibody and anti-msyn antibody. (C) Psyn pathology was observed mainly in Str, amygdala and SN with 1175 antibody. Scale bar represents 50 μm.
