Mutations were identified in a pipeline that consisted of the amplification-based Fluidigm Access Array system, massively-parallel sequencing of the exons of select genes with the Illumina MiSeq (2x250), and post-sequencing variant detection followed by annotation with the FreeBayes and ANNOVAR software packages, respectively.
