) in different neuro-anatomical regions of M83 mice by ELISA and Western blot. The following neuro-anatomical regions were sampled from sick M83 mice at first passage: OB: olfactive bulb, Cx: cerebral cortex, Hi: hippocampus, St: striatum, Me: mesencephalon, Cb: cerebellum, BS: brain stem, SC: spinal cord. A-C. αSD was identified by Western blot with PSer129 antibody (A), clone 42 (B) or LB509 (C) antibodies. In (D) the blots were revealed by an anti-β-actin antibody as a loading control. E-F.
