Shown are the levels of 6 IDH1 wt tumors, 25 with IDH1R132H, 8 with IDH1R132C and 7 with IDH1R132G. All mutant tumors show significant (** = p ≤ 0.01) higher 2-HG levels than wildtype tumors, but only the difference between R132H and R132G mutation was statistically significant (* = p ≤ 0.05).
