The HNE and MDA intracellular immunoreactions are co-localized with Aβ, as shown in the confocal images, and their intensities are correlated with the amounts of accumulated Aβ. Bars 10 μm. The graphs demonstrate the correlation between the intensities of the immunoreactions measured for Aβ and HNE and MDA in all autism cases listed in Table  1.
