The brains of RML-inoculated mice 90 dpi to 170 dpi and ME7-inoculated mice 90 to 150 dpi were chosen regarding the capacity of immunobloting to detect PrP27-30 from the time-point not earlier than 90 dpi. The significance (p value) was calculated with two-way ANOVA by using detecting methods and time-points as the variables. Shown data are mean and s.e.m (n = 5).
