Arsenic trioxide inhibits glioblastoma neurosphere growth and proliferation. The percentage of BRDU positive cells in 040622, 040821 and HSR-GBM1 neurospheres was significantly decreased in all three lines after treatment with either 2.5 μM or 5 μM ATO.
