C) Ki-67 staining resulted in a proliferation index of approximately 34%. D) Immunohistochemical anti-CD34 staining shows abundant presence of florid microvascular proliferations. E) Immunostaining of mouse IgG shows limited and focal leakage of IgG from the tumor vasculature. The arrowhead in the low-magnification inset indicates the area depicted. F) Blood vessels in the tumor express GLUT-1 that is characteristic for endothelial cells forming the blood–brain barrier.
